Sunday Morning Hikes – April 2013

Sunday Morning Hikes – April 2013

April is shaping up to be a busy month.  We have a number of things planned and will post more details on those individually.  But one of the things I’ve wanted to do since opening Engineered Bodies / CrossFit Port Moody became a reality is group hikes.  I grew up on south Vancouver Island and one of the things I really enjoyed were weekend hikes with friends and family to various local areas.  It’s a great way to explore your own backyard and living in Port Moody we are fortunate to have may great walks and hikes at our doorstep.

So we’d like to invite you, your family and friends to join us for some laid back active recreation.  (I promise you Anthony will not make you do squats, pull ups or lunges.)  We plan to do these easy hikes about twice a month on Sundays.  These walks are not strenuous and will be suitable for children ages 3 and up, although they may not always be stroller friendly.  We hope you will join us as it will be great to see you outside of the gym and it is also a good way to meet some like-minded people, as well as enjoy the outdoors.
