The COVID-19 pandemic has changed our world forever. It’s also provided us with an opportunity to evolve and adapt our services in response to these changes.
We are excited to be able to offer online classes and reach a wider audience with this evolution to our in-person classes. You can now join us online in a LIVE class taught by one of our coaches in the comfort of your own home or office setting. These are not pre-recorded classes. You will be coached in real-time, you will be motivated in real-time, and you will be connect with other online participants in real-time. You get all the benefits of our in-person classes but online, from the comfort of your own home.

We’ve created this library of mobility exercises that you can do at home during the COVID-19 pandemic. Try these four movements (see videos below) once or twice a day. If you are interested in a guided experience, we are offering free live mobility classes until April 30th. These classes are 30 minute long. You can register for any online memberships here. We hope these exercises help to get you moving and alleviate some stress and boredom.
