Independent training for seasoned athletes

Independent Training is a class time for Seasoned Athlete members to train on their own with one of our experienced coaches present. Independent Training members that train in these class times have specific goals and have been provided with an individualized program by our coaches. Clients that miss the 4:30PM class and/or can only come at 5:30PM are welcome to attend and do the WOD. Coaches are present to answer questions and provide some guidance during this hour if needed but members are expected to train on their own.

If you consider yourself a Seasoned Athlete and Independent Training is something you’re interested in then book a consultation here to start the process. You’ll then receive a questionnaire from us asking you about your goals, lifestyle, your injury history and your experience with training. You’ll fill out the questionnaire and send it back to us prior to your consultation. At your consultation, we’ll go over your questionnaire answers, conduct a full-body, joint-mobility assessment, and answer any questions you may have.

Once you’ve decided to commit and purchase the Independent Training membership, you’ll be good to go and ready to jump in and train in those class times.If you want Individualized programming, that will be a separate add on to this membership. We’ll connect you with the coach that best fits your specific training goals.
