We used to offer Kinstretch, Movement, and Mobility classes during the week to help our members improve their joint mobility, movement capacity and capability to develop a more resilient body to mitigate the risk of injury and combat the effects of sedentary lifestyles and aging.

These days we integrate mobility training and generalized mobilization work into every program at Engineered Bodies.

For clients that wish to have a customized mobility and movement program, the best approach would be to go through our Custom Program membership.
