Customized Kinstretch and movement programming is only provided to members after a private assessment session. Our Kinstretch and movement program is perfect for dancers, gymnasts, and athletes that need to increase their movement capacity, movement capability, strength, and performance, all while creating a resilient foundation that will help to mitigate injury.
