Our unique Kinstretch & Movement programs incorporate a variety of methods and techniques including Functional Range Conditioning (FRC), Ido Portal Method, and Kinstretch. The classes are specifically designed to:

- Improve articular joint function, health & longevity,
- Mitigate injuries,
- Educate you on how improve your mobility in your daily life.
