Engineered Bodies Strength & Conditioning – Getting Started
With 6 years of client success in our training facility, we’ve had the honour of witnessing our clients make positive changes in their lives and achieve their personal fitness goals. Over the years we’ve collected valuable data on the efficacy of our complete training programs in regards to the optimum training frequency, duration of training, and coach’s support for our clients. Everyone has a different starting point on their fitness journey so we’ve designed three membership packages to help you achieve your individual fitness goals. Our intake process will help us prescribe the right package and starting point for you.
- The first step is to book a free consultation
- Before your scheduled consultation, you’ll receive an email questionnaire from one of our coaches which you’ll answer prior to your appointment
- At your consultation, we’ll give you a tour of our training facility, discuss your goals and injury/medical history, educate you on our training principles, and conduct a Functional Movement Screen. All of this information will help us prescribe the right membership package for you
- After you select and purchase your membership package, we will then book your first private assessment session at a later date.
In this assessment session, we assess your current joint function and joint health and prescribe you individualized mobility protocols so you can improve them. This is the most important step in our intake process as we’re setting you up with a solid foundation of functional joint mobility. Having functional joint mobility will give you the capacity to learn movements and exercises and mitigate the risk to injury.
