So here’s quick little video of a couple push up progressions that you can try if you can’t do a single full push up.

Check list for each rep:

  1. Perform each rep with proper form.
  2. Remember to engage your core (deep TVA muscles).
  3. Breathe out on the concentric (most difficult part of the exercise).

Remember to always challenge yourself and have fun!
