Meghan Lind

Growing up in Shuswap Lake, British Columbia, Meghan spent most of her free time being active; swimming, running, biking, hiking and downhill skiing were all staple activities of her youth. This active upbringing motivated her to pursue her Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education and Coaching and eventually obtain her personal training certification with the BCRPA. Most recently she has become certified as a Precision Nutrition Level 1 coach and is dedicated to consistently expanding her knowledge through formal education and hands-on experience. Her goal is to promote long-term, balanced health through fitness, nutrition and a positive mindset. Her coaching style is fun and upbeat and she will encourage you to give it your all while enjoying the process.
When she is not at the gym, you will likely find Meghan outside! She is a lover of the outdoors and can be found hiking most weekends. She also does Wim Hof breath work and cold-plunges with a group in Lynn Canyon once or twice a week. Meghan is also very passionate about food and food culture. Having worked in the service industry on and off for about 10 years, she enjoys trying new foods and drinks and enjoys learning new ways of preparing and cooking meals. She is a firm believer in the saying “everything in moderation.” She believes it is very important to be able to eat, live and enjoy life while achieving your fitness and health goals.
