Heather is a personal trainer with an extensive background in sports and physical activity. In addition to various organized sports, she has also completed various military obstacle courses (Tough Mudder, Spartan Sprint etc) and competed in bodybuilding. The experience gained from each activity has helped her to work with a wide variety of clients, from the older population just hoping to keep mobile, to younger athletes looking to improve their marathon time.
Heather came to Engineered Bodies (after she moved to Port Coquitlam from Kitsilano) because she believes in Anthony’s commitment to movement quality and desire to help clients improve their quality of life, as well as the deep sense of community and family
