Our client intake process has your best interest in mind as we start by conducting a Functional Movement Screen in your consultation to test your movement quality and assess your risk to injury before you start your health and fitness journey.
You will be empowered with the knowledge of how to correctly perform exercise movements so you will be able to confidently train towards your goals.
You will continue to improve for the long term as we design purposeful and sustainable fitness programs and we provide you with clearly defined progressions for all exercises based on assessment and logical deduction of your movement capacity.
Our programs are fully integrated as we have both experienced coaches and clinicians on our team to serve you. If you experience pain in your movement, our team follows the same principles of assessing and correcting movement so you can be sure you will be taken care of.
