Starting tomorrow we’re going to be putting up “Work out of the week”. It’ll typically be a full-body workout that’ll shouldn’t take no more than a half an hour of your time. We’ll include either video or pictures to give you an idea of what each exercise is we’re talking about too. Try and incorporate this workout once a week into your normal routine to shock your body and increase your metabolic rate. The workouts are going to follow a 4-week series: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced.
